We will have a lot of smoked pork shoulder, so consider things that go with smoked pork.
I will be making a veggie lasagna and roasting a pan of potatoes and winter fruits. A cheesy casserole and/or wild rice medley would round things out nicely if anyone wants to jump on the side dish bandwagon (feel free to ignore my advice and run with it.).
Dessert is wide open. We're usually light on snacky stuff.
Party starts at 5pm on Saturday, so please drop off your food from 4-6pm. We should have people at the brewhouse Friday night and early Saturday if you want to drop off your food early.

It's getting harder to estimate turn-out because most people have realized they can register right before the party. However, we have traditionally drawn 100-150 people.
Please don't feel like you have to cook enough to feed 150 people. If you want to take it to that level, we have a budget for food, so let us know what you are planning to make and provide an estimate of your food costs. Once we confirm you're in budget, just save your receipts to get reimbursed.
I know that last year Mel and I (and a few others at the BH, we had an apple cooking party!) made about 6 or 8 apple pies and we had some left over.

I am going to be cooking at the brewhouse Friday afternoon/evening. A few of us are meeting Thursday to make sure all the bar gear is ready, and I'm planning on kegging my beer then.
If anyone wants to cook at the brewhouse, we do have a stove and a fridge. One less thing to bring game day...
