Wifi is Hinky

James F. messaged me that the old ATT wifi error message has reappeared - says there is something wrong with our account, its not payment (which happens electronically and automatically).  I remember this happening a couple of years ago, perhaps, but I don't remember what the problem or solution were.  I asked James to double check that's he's connecting to the correct network, and he says he is.  Would one of the IT volunteers (Conrad, Jay, Steven?) take a look at this, please?

Brandon and I tried to reset the modem and the problem still persists.  Any help?

It is payment - I just saw something come through that a payment was declined - no idea why. Jim - can you update the pcard?

CC info needed to be updated,

CC info needed to be updated, did that, bill is current, the service should be back on soon.  I'll be there on Saturday and can check, but if someone will be there earlier and wants to check, that would be great.

The keypad does light up. 

Thanks for looking into it. The Xfinity free hotspot works if you want to log on with your home acct info.
