I changed the salsa sign up sheet to food sign up....to reflect the call for people who want to prepare the food...so if you want to make chicken tacos, steak, etc...sign up...club will buy the meat...
Also looking for people for guac...please remeber to use a container that can be put on ice...club will supply the chips...
No reason we can't have some brewing going on outside on propane burners... After all, we are a brew club (and we have had a brewing demonstration at each of our events thus far).
Wow, we have 25 beers on the sign up list. I put them all on the menu, please let me know if you are NOT able to supply the beer you entered. Some of you didn't add your ABV or IBU. We can do without IBU, but please give me an estimate of your beer's alcohol percentage. I will post this on Facebook tomorrow (ANDELE!)
Question about dropping off the beers. i assumed the earlier the better for letting kegs settle, but I realized we have no way of keeping that many kegs cold. What is our plan for keeping these beers cold and when would be the ideal time for me to bring my keg to the brewhouse?
Oh, man, someone fixed Quintin's Spanish! I thought it was hilarious! And ironic considering it's the name of a reasonably high ABV beer (which would cause someone both to lose their pants and to speak bad Spanish).
Hi, Sorry for the delay but I just updated my beer contribution. The smoked ale didn't make it to the finish line. I'm replacing it with a black coffee IPA.
I posted an update of the menu on our FB page(s). I will add updates before we go to print Fri. Please post edit requests by noon tomorrow (Thu). Keep in mind there is no more room for additional text, but I can update what is there if it's wrong.
Steven. I have a beer that we did as part of the intro to all grain class. Y=
ou don't have to add it, but figured I'd give everyone a heads up. Would be g=

You can strike Hellapplepeno off the list.
Should I and anyone else planning on making salsa and guac plan on buying our own ingredients?
Also Jamie and I are signed up for grilling. Is there anything to grill?
I, or I should say my wife, already bought the ingredients for our salsa, so we're good to go.
james, as far as I know all meat is being cooked off site. We will have stuff that will need to be heated on the stove...
I haz my Salsa ingredients too James.
