100th Member!!!

ding ding ding ding...

we have rung in our 100th member today.  please welcome Kristopher as the lucky..um..100th member! our 1st 100th member ever!

and your prize is...a mental high five from all of us in the CHAOS family.  ill probably buy you a beer or two as well.

this is a great milestone for us, it shows that we are fulfilling a need for Chicago homebrewers and beer geeks.  thank you all for finding us and growing with us.

i would also like to take this opportunity mention that as we build this community, we need everyones participation and support.  to remain a member with CHAOS, we do ask for dues.  see the membership section for additional information.  we have been lax on this, but begining immediately, we are offering trial membership of one month before we suspend accounts of members who are inactive and have not fulfilled their dues.  please know that dues do not go to anyones pockets but strictly to funding the club.  it pays for rent of our brewspace, this ning based website, but will also be used towards group buys of grain, literature, promotional goods like tshirts, pint glasses, bottle openers, and anything else the group may want or need.

for everyone who has submitted their dues, thank you, thank you, thank you!  your support is greatly appreciated.

for anyone else who is able to offer more, by all means please do.  we are surviving by everyone benefaction and funds out of pocket. any help is greatly appreciated.
