We have experienced some errors with the PayPal billing system for those trying to pay with credit cards. This appears to be on the PayPal side, we are unsure when this will be resolved.
You can still pay by using an existing PayPal account or by creating a new one.

I have contacted PayPal and will let everyone know when the problem has been resolved. Please pay by PayPal until further notice. I, too, thank you for your patience!
I'm having to seek some external help on this one from the original module developer and forums. It appears that we thought we had what we needed enabled from PayPal, but for whatever reason we didn't.... In short paypal is very confusing.

I just talked to a friend who tried to register with a CC and it didnt work. Maybe we should turn off the credit card option for the time being?
She ended up registering through a paypal account and that worked.
