I was in the brewhouse to try to brew last Wednesday to brew. There still seemed to be pretty substantial leaks from both sinks' new plumbing and one of the hoses on the floor to the sinks was missing a clamp so it was useless. We decided to just bottle rather than make a total mess and risk further messing something up. Has anyone brewed since last Wenesday? Have the plumbing issues been addressed?

Hi Mike, yes all the links have been addressed, so everything is good to go.
Mike, I brewed over the weekend and everything worked fine. The hoses on the top of the sink kink a little bit, but it wasn't really a problem.

Yesterday a water hose came unclamped and water started pouring out everywhere, it was the hookup directly behind the pump. I reattached and tightened it, hopefully it isn't something that happens often!

Last night I spent 5 hours at the brewhouse just cleaning and organizing things before the Open House, because of the total look of disarray and construction dirt/mess.
I think we need a couple brewhouse cleaning days before the next event. I changed the mop water 3 times when I did the floor and it still could have used at least 1-2 additional fresh buckets due to all of the dirt/constuction dust in the brewhouse.
I know our focus was on improvements, but we need to emphasis cleanliness and putting things back where they belong. The brewhouse was in bad form last night and it wasn't entirely due to all of the construction projects.
Ken, I meant to come in and organize/clean yesterday, but have friends in town, so couldn't make it. I agree that we really need to work on getting our members to clean-up and put stuff away when they're done.
