Hey All:
Will anyone be willing to mentor me on my second brew next monday or tuesday evening, around 6pm? There's no one signed up to brew, but I was hoping someone may be around to make sure I don't burn the place down! I'm only doing a partial mash and I may need a few pointers, but I'm totally willing to compensate a kind person with food and/or beer for their time.
