Does anyone have a couple extra kegs Dave can fill with some Horse Thief Hollow beer for this weekend? If you do can you drop them off at the brewhouse today or tomorrow?
Related, we need more beer for this party. we are soliciting donations from anyone we have a good relationship with. Conrad is talking to Ale Syndicate, Evan is talking to Aleman. I heard someone asked Buckledown at the meeting on Sunday.
Is there anyone else we can reach out to? And if we have to purchase some kegs, would any of our partners agree to giving them to us at cost?
Not to be a naysayer, but are we really that hard up for beer that we need to buy it? Do we have any idea of how much brewed and ready beer we have confirmed?
To answer the questions posed: I have a clean/sanitized keg up in my storage space that's available. I should also have another keg by Saturday, assuming that the group buy that Daniel is organizing with Gio goes through.

I also have a keg in my storage space that is available.
Oh... my... god. Why haven't we done this? http://thechive.com/2013/09/17/guys-rig-up-buddies-plumbing-with-beer-wh...
I have a cleaned keg at home. Dave, if you need it let me know & we can meet up this way.
We have 105 gallons pledged. Last party people drank about .5 gallon/person (87 gallons for 175 people). So right now we can handle about 210 people, assuming all the beer shows up. If this spikes up to 250 like I think we are all hoping it will, than we will need more beer.
It looks like the Murphey's got Spiteful to donate some stuff. Thanks to them for that! Chris pulled out all the stops!
I just added a beer of mine to the list that is carbing up in the keezer right now. 5 gallons, kegged
Spiteful is confirmed for 5 cases. Jess and I are looking at other places as well. Fingers crossed.
Lucas...can I use that keg for my beer? I was going to borrow Daniel's but he forgot he pledged it to me and filled it with his own beer for the party.
Yup! Its upstairs in one of my bays.
P.S - I'm not sure that all of my kegs have my name on them, can you double check and use one of the paint markers for me if not? I keep forgetting....

Good news. Atlas is donating a 1/6bbl keg!
Does anyone have a five gal sankey? We would need it for the Atlas donation.
I think there is some sort of Skanke in the drawer with the regulators and gas equipment. Can someone check when they are at the brewhouse?
Can you update the list with quanities and names of the beers being served?
BEER SIGN UP SHEET
Spiteful is lending a sanke. Really cool of them. Atlas is confirmed for 5 gal of Black Abbey Ale that was collabed with Begyle.
Chris & Jess, Thank you for going into absolute boss mode and pulling through pretty last minute with all these donations!!!
There's a couple sanke couplers in the office (just checked today). At least one of them has a picnic tap on it. The hardest part is connecting the gas line: the ones we have just have a barb, so you need to attach the gas to it with a bare hose and a hose clamp.
In other beer serving news, we have 8 fully functional gas lines in the keezer, and we should have space for 10 regularly-sized ball lock kegs in the keezer (8 on the floor and 2 on the hump).
re: my above message, if you get one of these from B&G, you can use a regular threaded gas fitting on a sanke coupler. You should also use a nylon flare washer to prevent leaks.
I remember these guy's coffee stout from the beer expo at Union Station last fall and it was pretty amazing, and I see their brewhouse opening got delayed to the fall. I just sent them an email asking about donations and offering the chance to come represent Strange Pelican at the Brew B Q. I made it clear that I'm just a rank and file member and in no position to work out details should they be interested in helping us, but I will put them in touch with those that have the authority to do so to coordinate anything. Didn't want to over step my bounds.

Joe if you procure more beer these are no bounds you have stepped over.
I was able to get a case of The Hammer from Aleman. They did a collab with someone (Begyle?) & this is all they have left so it was awesome that they scrounged it up for us. Brad is leaving it by my door tonight & I'll drop off cold at the BH tomorrow.
Awesome, can you get it on the list? Thanks.
Pete should have got 6 of our 14 Kegs from Gio today, in which case I'll go ahead and claim my 4 and say that any of them can be used for the party.
