I've had a bunch of hops in my freezer for over a year now. Will bring these over on Thursday. Don't know if they're good but if you want to just whip together a batch and don't care too much about accurate Alpha Acids, here's a list of what will be in a plastic bin labeled "JWiC" in one of the fridges:

- Centennial approx. 4oz. whole leaf
- UK Northdown 2oz. pellet
- Northern Brewer 2 oz. pellet
- German Northern Brewer 2oz. pellet
- US Magnum 3.5oz. pellet
- Sorachi Ace 1oz. pellet
- Nugget 1oz. pellet
- Hallertau .5oz. pellet
- Chinook .5oz. pellet
I forgot to bring these last Thursday. I will be right near the brew house today and will drop them off around 1:30ish. Help yourself! I'll print a sheet to keep with the bin so that people can cross off what they've used.
I han ounce of Zythos and a smack pack of Wyeast 3944 that I'm going to toss in there, too.
