Vice President Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assists the president in carrying out his or her duties at the president’s discretion and will carry out other duties as the president or Board of Directors instructs. Takes over as president (and has all the responsibilities and powers of president) in the president’s absence. Vice president may also enter into contracts, etc. with other organizations.

Imma pile on and 4th Chuck. He's the backbone of the club, he's got the surliness and punk rock DIY attitude to make things really happen and make sure they get done right. His tireless work ethic, extensive brewing knowledge, and unwavering commitment deserve to be honored, if you don't think Chuck has been an amazing VP, then you haven't been paying attention. Chuck makes it happen!!! Vive El Chuck!!!!
