All who can come i will be at the brewhouse around 12 on 7/18 to lead a well needed ferm room clean day. We need some organizations and rough clean desperately.
I will be focusing on cleaning and replacing overflow vessels that have beer in them, cleaning under all carboys, and putting a section of questionable carboys unlabeled and infectious to others good beer.

You do realize that Saturday is an open house right? The last couple of open house we have had many visitors so I don't think you should of scheduled this clean up on day.

NOt only is it packed and needs to be organized but the fruit flys are horible.
I booked brew bay 1 to use as temp storage while I clean.
We have thousands of $ mead thats going in that room in a few weeks id prefer it to be as clean as possible.
We go forth as scheduled.
Maybe hand them a mop, see if they are REALLY interested...
