Herb here. Been awhile. Who do I need to check with to make sure my paperwork is up to date, etc?
And looking for a dark ale of sorts (black, stout, etc) pumpkin recipe... an easier all grain recipe to brew with some co-workers.

My favorite place to reference recipes is the HomeBrewTalk forum. You just have to take some time to read through some of them & their comments to get a feel if you want to brew that recipe.
