I'm looking to brew my 3rd supervised brew next Friday. It will be my beer for the Goose Island home brew club. Sounds like we are brewing a black IPA this time. I am currently signed up for around 4pm, but could do it earlier in the day as well if anyone would be available. I'm looking forward to getting this 3rd beer done and becoming a "full member"!!

I'm planning on brewing that kit next Friday as well. The earliest that I can get to the brew house will be 5:00, if that works for you, I'd be happy to supervise.
I will be brewing on Friday at noon. Just booked bay 3. Will be brewing the GI beer as well.
The emperor is not as forgiving as i am
