Two requests from the folks who clean the brewhouse weekly for us:
1. If you use the mop, empty the bucket, rinse out the mop, and hang it to dry. No stinky mop water.
2. Please don't block access to the light switch and the door button. Our cleaner is a small woman and there are limits to what she can move to get to the switch and button.
Two reminders from me:
1. Use garbage bags and empty the garbage every day. This is not negotiable - none of our measures to address the rodent problems will matter if we don't take out the garbage daily.
2. Do not leave anything edible around the brewhouse, including grain, just in plastic sacks or bags. The rodents will just tear through that. Put them in sealed buckets or containers.
