Just a quick message to let you all know that we've worked out a deal starting in July for a new company to handle our spent-grain pick-up - which should save us about $60 bucks a month.
The current GREEN grain bin will be taken for the last time on June 28th. A BROWN replacement bin should be in place during the first week of July and will be emptied once per week.
As before, the grain bin should be used for spent grain only (from mash tuns}. All other garbage can continue to be placed in the red metal dumpster, which is emptied on-demand (just call the number on the side if it is getting full!!)
