Issue with Fires in the Parking Lot

Hi all,

Over the weekend, the fire pits were used. Unfortunately, some of the wood used contained nails, which were inadvertantly left laying about the parking lot, then ended up in some tires.

Two things:

1) Please be aware of nails or anything else that may be in the wood you're using for a fire.

2) Do not dump the fire pits in the parking lot. Be sure the fire has been extinguished, then dump the contents into the dumpster. If that means waiting until the next day, then wait until the next day.

If you have any questions, let me know!

And if you are going to burn

And if you are going to burn scrap lumber, take the nails out.  Or better yet, don't burn scrap lumber.

Steve, if we're going to have

Steve, if we're going to have fires in the parking lot, that's a very good idea - much safer than just leaving it out.
