Hi All,
This is a post to organize us specifically for the Friday before CdM.
I want to get a list of who can help do prep for setup and what all needs to be done. I'm new to this part organizing and it's *literally* CHAOS so the more hands and brains working together, the better.
I see need for:
-Moving around tables in the BH to make a food station
-Checking tents and mapping out our 'floor plan'
-Making sure beers are where they need to be
-Setting up the ARK (lines should be cleaned)
-Food prep = whatever Patty needs help with
-Others???
Let me know if you can help out. I'm thinking 6:30 is the earliest I can get there on Friday, but with enough people it shouldn't take too long.
Just finished making The Cowboy candy and hot oil. I’m most likely doing the rest Saturday and at home Friday.
My biggest concern right now is the ark-- I've never set that up so I'm not quite sure how that's done. Anyone able to assist with cleaning those lines and at least showing me how to set that up?
Kevin, I have a general idea on the set up and we have a pump upstairs to run cleaner and santizer through the lines. We can get it squared away Friday night, then just move the assembled arc outside the next day.
FYI - I'm running late to help setup for the party. Apologies. I'm hoping to be there within an hour or so.
