Hi All - I had my CHAOS-cleaning-moment-of-the-day a few minutes ago. Grabbed Brew Bay #3's mash paddle and it was sticky and discolored from the dried on wort that didn't get cleaned off of it the last time it was used. I know its easy to just rinse something like that off when you use it, and I have done that, but this was a reminder to me of the need to actually clean equipment, with pbw and a sponge or scrubby after we use it. I've got that mash paddle soaking in pbw now, not a big deal, but a good reminder that this is a shared 'makers' space and we need to be thoughtful about cleaning.

Friendly Reminder about Cleaning
Also, just found the sauce pan on the stove covered with dried on sticky pellets of some sort. Into the pbw bucket it goes.
