Here are all the details you need for our next club competition. Beers under BJCP categories 13, 16, 20, and Fruit/SHV/Smoked versions will be accepted. You can find more info on the categories here: BJCP 2015
The registration deadline is 9:00 am on Monday, January 6, 2020 and the entries (two 12 oz bottles per entry) must be dropped off by 6:00 pm on January 14, 2020.

You may submit two entries under the same category, but they cannot be the same style. (For example, it is okay to submit 13A and 13B, but not two 13As.)
The brewer will brew 5 gallons of beer per entry that will be served at Stout & Chili Night.
The 1st stage of judging is an AHA/BJCP sanctioned competition and will narrow the field down to the top six entries. These beers will be served on the CHAOS Keezer for a final round of judging by popular blind vote of attendees at Stout Night.
Depending on the number of entries, the competition may be split into the standard categories and the Fruit/SHV/Smoked categories with the best three from each moving on to the popular vote round at Stout Night.
Pilot Project is our partner for this collaboration, so the winning club member will get to brew their beer and have it served on tap at the brewery. Pilot Project has also generously offered to donate some of the profit from the beer back to CHAOS!
The competition is only open to CHAOS members and may not involve collaboration with people outside of the club. The beers must be brewed at CHAOS. Any entries found to not follow these guidelines will be disqualified.
