9 # White Wheat Malt
1 # Munich Malt
1 # Rice Hulls
2 oz American bittering hops (60 minutes)
1 oz American aroma hops (30 minutes)
1 oz American aroma hops (0 minutes)
Wyeast 1056 American ale
Procedure:
Mash at 152 for 60 minutes, boil for 60.
Fermentation:
Ferment at 65 degrees for 10 days. Can package directly after that.
