a cider that is a lot like a sorrel drink, this is apple juice or apple cider, quickly brewed with jamaica (hibiscus) flowers, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and brown sugar. it ferments quickly and is ready for consumption in a week (if kegged).

Ingredients:
.25 # jamaica sepals, clove; allspice; cinnamon - to your liking, 1#brown sugar, champaign yeast
Procedure:
warm but do not boil 2 gal apple juice with all ingredients except yeast. transfer into carboy with all steeped ingredients and top off with chilled remaining 3 gallons of apple juice. pitch yeast, stir, let sit in cool dark place for a week. enjoy.
