what cool brew do you enjoy most on these dog days of summer?
goose island's berliner weisse was especially refreshing for me. it was a 312 Urban Wheat Ale base secondary fermented with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. yum.

its hot!!! really freakin hot....
that looks tasty. not the pee, but the cloudy wheat and head.

When it gets to these temperatures, I usually pull out the blender and make a good ole'fashioned frozen adult slushie (i.e. margarita!).
Of course, I also really quite enjoy a tall boy of Weihenstephaner.
