unpasteurized cider
$7, so no bargain. As I said, I let it spontaneously ferment. It smells like dry white wine and sulfur now! That should subside though. Can't wait to taste it.

I got a gallon and let it get fermenting. It took a couple days, but I didn't keep it that warm. It is going now. It smells awesome!
