Scott and Dave at work might be willing to help as well if we need more than 2 (that could be unnecessary though).
And date. Needs to be seasonal and local prolly. And location. What we have to work with as far as equipment

i vote for later...but only by a lil bit...just to get it off that day..
We should decide on that quickly because I think Niilo has a commitment from at least one full band to play for us on the 23rd. The quicker they know it's not happening the less irritating and disruptive it'll be for their schedule, and the more likely they'll be to offer us their services for free again!
i suggest, in lieu of the efforts and current resources, we push the 'big event' back a bit (not that we fully established a date) and focus more on achievable on a shorter term.
one of the things i think would be great is to have dinner/tasting events. we come up with a pre fix menu and present both homebrew and commercial pairings.
i think we can turn this type of event around in about 3 weeks.
we would try for 20-30 people?
i would like to tap into our own culinary abilities and others - aspiring chefs, culinary students, etc.
