I tried to do another high gravity brew with the biab method.......beer was made...but it is not a good or efficient way of brewing. I came to the conclusion i need to learn the way of the mash tun for high gravity brews. I also figure we have a few new brewers that might also want so learn about mash tuns. Does anybody want to teach a class??

mash tun class
You looking to build one or use one or both?
im just looking for someone to show the ropes.....tricks for stuck mash ....strike water tricks ....ect.
Ah, okay. Well, I don't know if anyone's going to throw together a workshop any time soon but there are several of us brewing on Sunday if you can drop by. I'm sure among the three of us we can provide you with some good tun tips.
Dan, mash tuns are also covered in detail during the Saturday open houses.
it's so easy, I would just reserve a tun at the same time that someone else is brewing all-grain and brew alongside them.
I did the last workshop on "building your own mash tun". If there is enough interest I can do another workshop.
