Anyone using water cooler 5-gallon plastic bottles? Any thoughts. I got a few from a friend and was wondering if there was any issue with the quality of plastic they use, etc.

Kyle, I just remembered that i do most of my fermenting in my 6.5g glass carboy. I'm going to go ahead and order two 6g so that one of these can be the secondary for that and i'll then have more available primaries. Sorry I lied, please forgive me
