CHAOS,
We need two Brewers or Alchemists to volunteer to host Novembers open house on Saturday Nov 17. It is best if the brewhouse can stay open from 9-5. Both people don't have to be there the whole time, one can take the morning and another the afternoon.
If you have never done it before it is no problem, we can talk a head of time about your responsibilities. Its a lot of fun to do it and we have had great turnout at the last three.
Thanks for stepping up and making our club great!
James
i can do the morning shift. the event says 10-6. i prefer that as i will likely be working till 3am the night before. but can always start before if i wake. people can text me to confirm time in the morn.
ill brew up something fun using whatever grains i have left and will keg the brew made at the harvest fest, the Belgiantennial, assuming its about ready.

Great, can you edit the event description to say that you are hosting and to put in any details about what you might be doing/brewing that day? If you are brewing please reserve it on the calander.
Thanks
done. but please know i cant stay late. so if we dont have another alchemist or approved brewer take the p.m. shift, i cant allow anyone to start brewing late...

Thanks Iggy.
CHOAS we need someone to take theafternoon shift. Thanks!
Jeff W will be ythe host for the second shift from 3-9. Iggy can you update the event? Jeff has reserved the brewtime already.
I have something at 4:30 that day. Sorry!
i edited the event.
how does one view the brewhouse reservation? not how to reserve, but how to view what has been reserved?

Click on calander under brewhouse?

sweet. thanks.
so, one thing im noticing is that you have to go to a bunch of different places to click on something else to let you do what you were trying to do in the first place.
can we make it so that you can just click a day on the calendar itself, the day you want, to schedule the brewing?
would it be too chaotic 'no pun intended' to have the events and brewing calendars merge?
if not, and if we dont want to change that, does a brew house event black out a date on a brewing day schedule?

The click thing is on Lucas list, I mentioned it too. ie click the calender reservation will bring you to is corresponding discussion on the forum.
We need to talk about calender merging, that should be started in a different discussion
thanks James. im in correspondence with Lucas on all this and some other details as well.
