Threw out my back lifting a full 6.5G carboy.. dumb..

Just wanted to give everyone out there in CHAOS a reminder to always lift with their legs..

Last night I lazily tried to pick up my full 6.5 G carboy and didn't properly lift this heavy ass piece of shit object with my legs. Next thing I know, a sharp pain is jabbing into my lower back like I just got stabbed or something, rendering me incapacitated. Luckily I mustered enough strength to gentily and safely put the carboy back onto the ground without creating a separate glass-related injury.

Just a reminder, always lift with your legs.

Also, anyone looking to buy some 5g glass carboys and 1x 6.5g carboy?

Bought that bastard for ~$40.. Would be happy to get $30 back for it so I can get a new bucket and lid to replace it.

Can you give me a price on

Can you give me a price on the glass 5gals?  I'd be very interested in one, if not two...if we can come to an agreement.

You can call or text me at: 630/750-3076.  Anytime...just not after 10 on Fridays or Saturdays.  That's when I be strippin'....

Kyle - Want to stay away from

Kyle - Want to stay away from better bottles if I can. Purely want to be transitioning to strictly buckets for primary fermentation. Thanks for the offer.

I think I'm going to keep the 5g carboys purely for aging purposes (oxidation issues w/ plastic). Probably just going to take cash for the 6.5g carboy, so I can get a brand new bucket.

Thanks
