I just made a Maris/EKG SMaSH and it turned out great. Really great.
I was thinking of trying a Maris/Saaz SMaSH next but have not made up my mind. I am worried that I'd need to ramp up the initial hop addition to achiev a reasonable bitter.
Has anyone tried this combo? I have the following hops to choose from, in case anyone has any suggestions:

I plan on doing a SMASH beer soon with the new hop variety this year, Belma. Interested to see how it acts for bittering and also flavor/aroma.
