Hi all. I am currently scheduled to do my first brew at 7:30 on Thursday, December 13. I can do about any night that week if someone is willing to sponsor me. Iggy has said he might be able to help if it's earlier, but I would like to start a little later if anyone can. Thanks.

Sponsor needed
I need to do some bottling. I can be there at 1930hrs, I would prefer earlier though. I will not be able to stay for the whole brew. I work at 0630hrs so I need to get as much beauty sleep as possible, lol. I finish work at 1530hrs and an be at the brew house by 1600hrs.

I can help too.......but I am technically a apprentice also.......if some of the brewer level members give the go ahead ill wait till your done and help lock up....

Unfortunatley Mike it is my understanding that a 24/7 Brewer level needs to remian for the full brew. With that being the case I do not think I can help out Thursday.

I have no issue with Bill opening up and Dan finishing. This is not a problem. I'm pretty sure I can just approve this.
It's good to know for future reference that we could do this but I have already changed my plans and will be brewing tomorow with Iggy. Thanks again for you guys volunteering.
While Lager Dan is an apprentice member since he does most of his brewing at home, he's also an alchemist which means that there's a level of trust there. The rule of thumb was Brewer Level only, but I see no problem with it being Brewer Level OR Alchemist for cases like this where Dan is locking up. The only sticking point I would put on it is that a Brewer Level has to "hand off" the person brewing and responsibility of them to the alchemist who will be closing up, i.e no leaving after lettting someone in and the alchemist showing up 30 min later.
