The Keezer has a leak and eluded all attempts to fix thus far. Would someone be willing to put in a couple hours and give all the connections a through check? I can explain how, you dont need to have any prior knowledge, just how to use two wrenches.
Also both CO2 tanks are empty so someone is going to have to refill them. NFC will refill them, they are open 9-5 on weekdays and 10-3 on weekends. http://www.nfccompany.com/

Crap, Iggi switched out the tank to the smaller one and we thought we'd isolated the problem to the connection to the keg on #4 so we disconnected it. I guess that's not it. If anyone is able to step up and take a thorough look at it let us know. I'm sure people will be wanting to carb for stout night soon.
I can take care of the the co2 early next week and will fill both. They're cheap once you hit the $20 minimum, do we need any others filled for stout night?
What is leaking? Gas? Beer lines? Kegs?
I posted this on another thread the first time the CO2 went out...but it sounds like it was not seen...so here it is again:
Can someone do the following:
1. Hook up a CO2 cylinder that has gas.
2. Take the spray bottle of star-san and spray the lids of all the kegs hooked up, as well as the posts that are not connected to anything.
3. Look for leaks. This is the most likely culprit... Most likely someone hooked up their keg and didn't bother to check if the lid had seated properly.
If no leak is found in a keg, continue down this list.
4. Spray StarSan on the connections between regulator bodies and the regulators inside the keezer.
5. Spray StarSan on the connection point for the primary regulator and the C02 cylinder.
If there is a leak, it will be in one of the above locations. If you find a leak in a keg, disconnect the keg. If the leak is in a connection on a regulator it may need to be tightened or Teflon tape may need to be added. The same thing should be done if a leak is found in the primary regulator. If the leak is in the cylinder connection point, ensure that the neoprene washer is present.

Evan, were you planning on filling them at NFC? AFAIK, NFC isn't open on Sunday.

Has anything been done with the Keezer or the tanks?
It would be best to have that fixed before the event, but it would survive with a leak for the event. So worst case scenario is someone needs to fill the tanks before then.
Still here at the club but fixed it 20 min ago. It seemed to be the main line from the c02 to the regulator that was the problem and all it took was some tightening up. Carb away and please let us know asap it it seems like the gas isn't working

Yeah I left the little guy connected. When I jacked up the pressure it was obvious it was coming from there and I also sprayed soapy water on it and saw bubbles. I checked up until each keg connection so it wouldn't hurt to make sure those are all good and give the lines a good cleaning before stout night too
I cleaned the keezer lines on Saturday, in preperation for Stout night. All but one line was cleaned. The only one that wasnt cleaned was tap #3...it had beer in it so i let it be. I also sprayed to check for leaks and found one on a gas connector. Previous passes probably missed it becasue the line was shut off.
We are also gonna need to clean out the two jockey boxes....which I didnt think about until now. One is on the lager chamber the other is upstairs.
I plan on coming by Friday night to help out and can tackle the jockey boxes.
The jockey box on the lager chamber I cleaned in december, I dont think it has been used since so it should be good to go.
I believe 12 of the 25 beers are bottled from what I know so far. James made the good point that we probably won't need to jockey box anything being poured outside. It will be cold enough as is and I'm almost more worried about things pouring too cold since it's a stout event. Same thing inside, too.
