Hey guys -
We have five of us who have volunteered to clean up on Sunday at 11:00am but are still looking for two more volunteers. In order to get the continued support of the residents up front, who allow us to use the yard for events, we need to make sure this is done promptly & thoroughly.
If you're able to volunteer please reply.
Also of note to is that event clean up can count as 1 of your 3 brew sessions when applying for 24 hour access.

Hey volunteers,
I live 5 minutes away from the Brew House. If anyone wants to crash at my place after the party, it will greatly reduce your time stumbling away from and back to the BH.
And heads up, we're getting more tents and heaters cause membership is blowing up and this looks to be one mother of a party, so get ready to get crack'n.

Thanks for the help guys! We'll be there at 11:00 but if you can't make it until noon that's fine too. My hope is that tonights cleaning crew gets most of the outside cleaned and we just have to tear down the tents and move the big tables around along with cleaning inside. Should be quick and easy with lots of man power. See you there!
Hi, the majority of our cleanup crew cancelled so if anyone doesnt mind helping out with tear-down, let me know.
I can come down, but not by 1100hrs, got some errands to run 1230 or 1300 at the earliest.

Grant, due to lack of help cleaning up after the last event we are prohibiting any beer stuff (gravity readings, bottling/kegging, brewing - everythying) until clean up is done. So, feel free to head over and help clean up and then you can take your gravity reading.
Hey Grant (and anyone else). Clean up is going well and outside is done, inside will be within the hour I would guess. We have a good amount of help so feel free to stop in for beer stuff
