Hello... I stopped by the open house pretty early on Saturday and met a few friendly members (sorry I have forgotten your names) that were nice enough to give a tour and chat with me while they brewed. I liked what I saw at the brew house, specifically access to some tools that I don't have at my home. Any how, I'd like to become a member and start brewing at your facility.
I have only done partial mash brews to this point and was wondering if there would be an experienced member that would be willing to mentor me in the ways of all grain brewing. I am nervous to use the clubs tools without proper guidance. It looks like a new member must use the facility at the same time as an experienced member. I think I would benefit most from having a member walk me through a few all grain brews showing me how to properly use all the equipment. Perhaps I could assist another member to get my feet wet.
So far I haven't been able to find a spot on this website that attempts to pair experienced brewers with new brewers. Is there any possibility that a member could help me out? My keezer needs to be reloaded much faster!

Bart,
I just got the notification that you were able to get your membership purchased, welcome to the family! If you go to Brewhouse -> Calendar you'll see the days and times that people have planned to brew. Anyone that appears as orange or red on the calendar has 24/7 access to the brewhouse and can help you out. Additionally, we have an all-grain class going on Sunday April 7th. I'm not sure about the details on that, Dave Williams is teaching, but if you send him a private message (username Dave) I'm sure he'd also be willing to get you whatever information you needed. At this point, all you need to do is fine a brew-day and time that works for you as well as someone else that has 24/7 access.
If you'd like, you can also post in our brewhouse schedule forum (http://www.chaosbrewclub.net/forums/brewhouse-schedule or Forums in the menu above). Just post when some times that work for you are, and maybe someone else will be able to brew at the same time.
If you have any other questions, don't hestiate to let any of us know. Thanks!
Oh... my... god. Why haven't we done this? http://thechive.com/2013/09/17/guys-rig-up-buddies-plumbing-with-beer-wh...
