Hey guys, just curious what the status of the lager fridge is looking like? If anyone has checked inside recently, is there room for another carboy? I won't be able to make a trip over there before Saturday morning's brew session, and I'd like not to waste a perfectly good starter.
Thanks
Poisson

Hi Poisson! I currently have a carboy in the lager fridge that I'm =
testing out. I had to use my bottling bucket as my glass carboy was to =
tall to have it fit. The black fridge in the front from what I =
understand is empty right now if you want to use that instead.
Conrad
The black fridge is empty for a reason. We are getting rid of it when we get the big fridge tomorrow.

Well I'm glad I didn't put my Kolsch there :)

I hope not, I was planning on brewing a Pilsner and I've got a nice big pitch of yeast all ready.
This leads us to the obvious next question then....Conrad....how full was the fridge when you set your bucket inside?

When I placed mine in there I was the only vessel in the fridge. Mine is =
coming out Saturday anyway for bottling.

Bitchin. Thanks for the update Conrad.
Thanks for the quick response as well! It's looking like it's going to be a Lager Saturday!
Chris,
Was it you who gave me the Bohemian Lager yeast a couple weeks ago? I'm using that for my pilsner on Saturday.

Yup. I'm using the same cake to make a Helles. I guess this makes us Eskimo brothers?
Its totally open
