Come, help us clean, tidy, and organize the brewhouse. As soon as we're done, we'll relax and munch on some Coalfire pizza from next door. Pizza's on the club; feel free, however, to bring some brew to share.
I yet again have a school thing the evening of the 16th. If someone can take the lead on this one, I'd appreciate it.
Some things to thoroughly tackle:
(1) cleaning the entire office. This includes organizing, wiping down surfaces, sweeping (I was in there a day or two after the last clean-up and the office was in shambles all the way in back).
(2) weeding out of overhead storage. That big box above the barrels with the Lagunitas posters on it. Yeah...some stuff in there we haven't used in over a year (or ever). Figure out which stuff can go.
(2) weeding out of office. Big bucket of hoses needs to be sorted (broken thieves and auto siphons go in trash; hoses should be put with bottling bucket on the new bottling station and/or thrown out; spoons hanging in the office should make their way to brew bays or be thrown out; brushes can be put in the bottling bucket on the new bottling station, too (generally migrating brewing equipment out of the office and to bays).
(3) The loft. Now that we have a shop vac, use it to get behind buckets, &c. in the loft. Please make sure all grain containers are closed tightly.
I'll probably be there closer to 7:00, but will try to make as close to 6:00 as possible.
