Craft brew alliance? I coulda swore that Redhook and Weidmar were bought by Budweiser back in early 2000...
According to the Red Hook tour I took a few years ago, Red Hook and the other breweries still brew the beer. Bud just distributes it for a cut.

What I can remember of the deal was that Redhook sold 20% of the brewery to Budweiser, so they could expand and Bud got sole distribution rights...
