New Trial Memeber here.
Name is Andy. Been brewing for a year or so. I've made about (5) 5 gallon batches so far. Kits all. I purchased equipment from a friend who was getting out of the business.
I've been getting my kits, and tech support from BevArts in Beverly. I recommend them. A new store recently opened near to me Grape and Grain in Homewood. (Yes I am a faaar south sider.)
Looking into whole grain brewing, when I heard about CHAOS it sounded like a good place to get info. I currently have two batches in the pipe. An IPA and an imperial russian stout.
I plan on coming to the bash on Nov 2. Looking forward to meeting people and sampling some good beers. I have a batch of IPA about to be bottled.
