Are we having a presence at this? If so I would love to help out. Whether it be pulling a jockey box or walking around with cards. I wanna help at this event. Let me know if we need hands/have space for more volunteers.

Hoptacular.
We brewed a beer for the Bell's home brew competition. Don't know if being a part of that qualifies us for a certain amount of free entries or not.
It was two last year. Chuck signed us up so he should know more. If it is two again they should go to him for brewing and Joe for developing the reciepe.
Our beer got kegged on Saturday. I put 20 psi on then but heading to the brewhouse tonight to put it in the keezer and on gas/ Will be bottling it on Wednesday night and Mark will be running it down to Mid-Country on Thursday...
I will also be there all day Saturday. Volunteering the first session and drinking the second if you'd like me to pass out cards for the club I can do this too. Let me know.
For the third year in a row we placed in the top 3 of homebrew clubs that enter this competition.
We placed second.
H.O.P.S. placed 1st with a Dussledorf Alt.
And B.O.S.S. placed 3rd.
According to the judges I talked to we lost out of 1st place by 2 points!
Thanks to all who helped in this project, Joe Flack, James Lewis, Ken Getty, Mark Waters, Rusty Barker and Adam York.
Also, I would like to thank all of the members who gave us insight of the beer by tasting it at its various stages. This was a truly club effort and I do beleive what sets us apart from the other clubs.
Awesome work Chuck. It is disappointing that we did not take first, but we did beat 18 other clubs for 2nd which is saying a lot. Consistency in the top three!
awesome job! i love it when a team comes together!
