I brewed this afternoon and noticed a few things:
- completely out of StarSan there was a tiny bit left and I used it
- spent grain / compost is really full
- station 4 had the gas valve turned on, I turned it off

Thanks Nancy. I plan to swing by Brew & Grow on Tuesday and will pick up some Star San.
We should also consider adding a ton of it to a group buy we have coming up.

Dave is going to bring a gallon by tomorrow. If we start running short Dave can easily get it for us. Just give him a few days notice.
As for grain, our pickup is on wednesday morning. So if you are the lst person brewining on a sunday, check to see if ther are other brewers on Monday or Tuesday. If not put it outside.
I'll be at the brew house tomorrow night, so can leave them out when I leave.
