DO NOT PUT A POT ON TOP OF THIS!!!!!! IT"S NOT SAFE TO DO THAT!!!!!!!!
The cart is designed to be rolled up to your kettle on the burner and connected so no one ever has to lift a pot of hot wort again. That is the intention of the chiller design, it's not 100% there just yet, we still need to get cold water quick disconnects at each brew bay to feed the chiller so it can be truly mobile. At this point it has limited mobility but can be rolled to some brew bays. If you can't reach your brew bay put your pot on one of the stainless tables or a steel chair or something larger and sturdy, be safe and be smart. THIS IS A ROLLING CART DO NOT SET BOILING WORT ON IT!!!!!!!!!! There are also plans to get a prechiller in the loop as well to cool the groundwater in the summer and increase it's effectiveness. We're getting there.
Here are other things you may need to know:
The cold water on valve is no longer attached as it's use will be negated by the quick connects at the brewbays, until that occurs, its on the floor.
The wheels need some oil
I have temporarily labelled the input and output hoses with masking tape
The thermometer, the pump choke valve, and switch are all on the right side.
There is a bungee for tucking in the loose hose ends to keep them off the floor
The connection on the rear is cold water input
The green hose is waste water and should be stuffed down the drain.
I can't think of any other pertinent info at this time. Any questions please feel free to ask.
Great job Joe. I plopped a spare 5 gal busket in the cart with a wort chiller last night. It still needs to be plumbed and cleaned with vinegar and boiling water which I will do this week. We also need to add quick disconnects and tidy the thing up.
Any other questions or comments we're glad to hear them.
So the latex line that connects the water supply to the first coil has sprung a leak. Most likely, it's becase that line has to do a hard 90 right where it sprung a leak. I suggest a 90 degree brass fitting there when it is repaired. (I didn't have fittings or hose with me yesterday)
Ehhh....crap. Saturday is the earliest I can get there to take a look at it. If anyone else is inclined to that'd be great too. Perhaps a few more zip ties will stem the tide till a more permanent solution can be had.
Is there silicone hose between the water supply from the wall and the chiller? I think that is a bad idea. AFAIK, silicone hose is not designed to be used with water under any sort of pressure.

Nice work, thanks Joe!
Much thanks due to Lucas and Matt as well.
Proud to be the first to have used the new setup, and happy to say that it's excellent. Great work, guys

Whatever is on there is how it came out the box. I only replaced the hot wort in and cold wort out lines.
I relpaced the silcone line supplying cold water with a more robust hose. It works & doesn't leak.
