I'm earmarking Sept. 5-7, the weekend after Labor Day, I think it should still be warm... but it is May 15 and 45 degrees outside, so who knows!
There would be a limit of 4 campers per site. I've been told about 20 people have gone in the past, so that would be about 5 sites we'd need. It's about $31 a night, and we'd plan to go for 2 nights, so aprox. $16 per person.
If you're interested, please let me know, by Wednesday May 21st, so we can book the sites. I put in a call to see what is available and I'm waiting to hear back from them. Campsites usually sell-out way in advance, so hoping that they still have spots for us.

You can either do the google spreadsheet thing....or make a "poll" and indicate if "yes" if you are certain that you can attend over the dates. The poll will keep a log of people who have indicated and a timestamp.

Nancy - before you book you may want to reach out to people who said "in" here but aren't on your spreadsheet. You might also want to reach out to people that have gone in previous years, like Kyle, Kevin & Amanda. I assume Ed Nash, Daniel, Lager Dan and Chris & Jess would be out but you might want to ping them as well, JIC.

Sorry, I wasnt able to add the first time I went on this sheet, but it looks like David and Kelly booked us a spot. I think you should go ahead and book it. If people want to join later, just post the number for them to reserve another spot or something.

I just booked 5 sites for 18 of us. Sites: 26-30 . If anyone who is not already on this list and would like to book a site to be close to our group, I'd suggest booking sites 60-63, which are across the walkway, and which are still open. 32 is taken, so there is a open space in 31, to separate us. The sites shown in red 37-43 (which are the ones CHAOS had in 2012), are privately owed and closed after Labor Day. Actually 33-47 are all closed after Labor Day, so we are on the end as much as possible.
The total which I paid was $373.50 which includes 5 sites and 10 people. The 8 additional people will need to pay $8 per night, per person ($16 for the weekend), this can be paid at the time of check in. So the amount listed below does not include the additional $16 for your guest.

Josh, did you say you had two friends that want to join you on your site? It's a max of 4 people per site, we still have 2 spots available, since we have 5 sites and 18 confirmed people as of right now. Please update the spreadsheet if that's correct and have them submit payment and it will go towards the guests which is an additional $8 per person ($16 for weekend) and is paid on site, If your friends go that would drop the guest cost down to $11.85 per person, instead of $16, it's kinda like everyone gets a rebate, since I split the cost among the 9 of us because we were 1 short of 10.
If others still want to join, it's open and your welcomed too, you'll just need to make the reservations yourself. Contact information and our site locations are listed on this thread.

Kelli and I will be heading up Friday. As far as food, I'd say fend for youself on fri night. Saturday we can do a group dinner meal if everyone is willing. We can split the costs and go to the town grocery store.
As for sat lunch you're on your own. the bar has food, town food options, etc. I'll prob be making sandwiches ahead of time for myself. Breakfast, I can buy eggs and bacon.

I plan on just bringing or buying stuff to grill on Kevin's grill. That, or just eat cheese curds all weekend. If you haven't been here before, remember to bring a soft cooler with a strap, or a floating one if you have it, and bring or pick up some canned beer for the river. Bug spray(and no, I'm not referring to Kyle's beer from BrewBQ). I guess we can figure out firewood when we get there
anyone is welcome to use my small portable grill. If anybody else has an extra small grill, please bring it, the more the better. The frisbee game i brought a couple years ago will be returning! Game On!

I believe that the campsite has a grate thing...can't recall...But I think it does.
I have a little table-top gas grill I will bring too. Mainly for all of my sauces and glazes. And a lantern. Maybe Giant Jenga if I have time.
I'm bringing my bike to get some trail time in. I will also most likely bring a keg of margarita (!) which I've done on another float trip and it was awesome.
