Last night we made a special beer: Zombie, Hail Mary!
There is no style, it is a mutt. It came back from the dead of a 4% ABV to the monster it is now. Zero impact on the club's ingredients. Here are the basics:
OG: 1.073
Color: black as night
Grain: 17# with 37% being specialty (rye, wheat, carafa III, crystal, munich, roast barley, you name it)
Hops: over 1/2 # total. Warrior, EKG, Citra, Norther brewer, UK challenger (?)
Yeast: Safale English Ale x2 packs
Thanks for everyone who showed up and brewed this and Jim Chochola for donating all the grain. Special A++ gold star to Americo for bringing bomb-ass Mexican food.
I will not be in town for the next Tuesday brewsday, I will need takers for someone to host, please let me know.
Also, the grain bin out back is full. I left the rest of the spent grain in a bucket behind it. If we have the number for the guy i can call him today.

Is there any reason why the contact number isn't listed on the bins so someone can call it in as soon as they're full?
Disregard my comment. Jeff has asked that they bring a third bin and that he come every Wed; they just haven't done it yet. When they do, they should't really ever be full.
Actually brewed my first all grain recipe last night during Tuesday Brewday. Just wanted to give a big shout out to Matt for showing me the ropes during the past Tuesday Brewdays.
