I stopped by the Brewhouse yesterday to drop off stuff from our AHA trip and discovered the water had been left on the chiller. We might want think about signage to remind us to shut the water down.

Counter Flow Chiller's Water Left On
Joe, Ken, and I are working on signage for a bunch of places around the brew house.
So I think we should consider putting something like this on the CFC:

Its cheap, easy to use, and will solve this problem unless people just go permanently on which they shouldn't. We can even write a big NO in red marker above the permanent on.

We were talking this weekend at the AHA conference and Jeremy recommended the same thing as Lucas. I think its a great idea and we need to complete the Water Chiller project fully.
I left the brewhouse ~4pm yesterday and I am almost positive it was off...
