I would like to have the fundraiser beer list finalized by Thursday, May 26th. Please confirm by then that the beer you listed will be available and also update any missing info. Thanks!
Here's the link to the list: https://docs.google.com/a/gsa.gov/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtmglN10hoh_dGFLe...
I have 2g left of the AHA belgian for it. I may also have some left over from a wedding this weekend. I will let you know.
I am not sure If I will be able to bring a personal batch, I have my hands (and kegs) full of club beer. I'll be there tonight kegging and will let you know.
Not a problem, I think we're good on beer for the competition portion. We currently have 12, which I think is perfect for not overwhelming people. Plus, you've contributed a ton of beer for the event through your club offerings!
James, I think we're good to go on beer for this one.
I'll be putting my keg in the keezer Saturday morning, I will not be able to attend due to my work schedule, so I'll need someone to serve for me.
I thought I responded to this last night, but I could be wrong.
We have all the club beer listed on the spreadsheet ready. If we don't need the full 10gals of the Bipa and the n English brown, I'd like to keep 5gals each at the clubhouse for the keezer, but that's your call, Jeff.
We could probably keep five gallons of the black ipa for the club house. I would like to bring the entire ten of the Northern Brown just in case. We can always use it for the club house after the event if there's some left over.
How are we dispensing beers? there are limited club picnic taps, and I would like to confirm that the jockey boxes actually WORK and dispense beer at a good rate. Jeff - do you have anything in mind?
I used the CHAOS red one this weekend, worked great. I dont know the last time my little red one was used. Feel free to try it. I am be disassembling it for keezer parts later in July.
Thanks James.
Jeff and I talked just now regarding beer dispensing for this event.
We will use the clubs shiny new barrel to serve the club's 4 beers. I will use my tank and regulator to gas them.
We have 3 taps open using the clubs jockey boxes. We will be using the clubs co2 tank and will need 1-2 others for this event as well.
As a rule of thumb, you should bring a way to pressurize, chill and serve your beer. Please post here if you are willing to bring your tank/manifold/picnic tap, etc.
Jeff and I will meet Wednesday to go over what we still need.
I'm going to move this to it's own string to be sure no one misses it.
