In about a months time we will have 3 barrels primed and ready for 120+ gallons of beer. All 3 barrels will be holding sour beer for a while. For ease of termanology Im assigning the barrels numbers. The exact recipes will be announced seperatly once we get all people taken care of for each project.

I'd like to contribute to barrel no. 2 if someone wouldn't mind advising me or brewing theirs at the same time as me.
I'm interested in #2, but concerned about finding time to brew to make the deadline. Josh, can you estimate when that will be?
For those concerned about a deadline. Dont worry within reason Once the barrels are emptied we will put a storage solution into them untill ready and to clean them out with the darker beers they currently hold. Even if your beer isnt all of the way fermented it should be OK to go in.
I will sort out who wants in which barrel and start seperate new threads soon.
Also with barrels in the past we ran short due to almost everyone missing the qty numbers. Dont be affraid to continue to sign up for what you want to brew Ill mark you as a backup and you can still brew a great beer.
I would like to brew for barrels 2 and 3. I will be brewing at home and bringing carboys to Chaos for transfer to the barrels. If that is ok.

Ive filled in the line ups above. I will start breaking out the recipies asap. Barrel #2 will be first as Ive pretty much got the reciepe set.
If I missed anyone that has previously asked etc.. please let me know and feel free to brew and let us know even if your not going into the barrel youll still make a great beer.
