Harvest Fest is upon us on October 18th and we need you! From voulenteers, to beer, lets make this one a great event! While some details are still being finalized, we can't wait to get started with this great fall event with your help of beer & setup.
If you are new to the club, or haven't voulenteered for an event before it's a great time to meet your other CHAOS members, and help the club out! Even more incentive, is those that help with setup and cleanup will have a seperate raffle for prizes after the event!
Of course, please leave comments and suggestions below and let's enjoy the next big CHAOS event!!!

Hey, all. I really want to squeeze in a brew (or two...?) for the party over the next seven days before I start work again on the 25th. Can someone save 1-2 of their kegs for me?
Bumping this up. Will "Yeast School" be added as a separate sign-up section?
I would check with Joe to see how many we'll need for the school. I'll carve out 6 or 7 spots for it on the spreadsheet though.
We should probably get graphics up on the .net and FB pages if it's less than 8 weeks away.
It's 8 1/2 weeks away, but nonetheless, our timline on this is compressed

I started a seperate thread for yeast school or perhaps "yeast lab" signups. It unformated the list I made, but I know Jeff has the English and Icehouse has the Belgian Saison at this point.

Do we have a sheet for the raffle prizes for Harvest Fest? I have an artist donating a piece. He made paper with my spent grains (Belgian Wit) and then has been using the paper as a canvas for his Black Bird series.
