Jason's on a prolific pace for brewing: 1 year and 10-12 batches already! And, judging by his Application for Brewer 24/7 Access, he knows his way around our brew house and the proper use (and cleaning!) of our equipment! By day, Jason is a sign designer and installer. He can make any kind of sign but his specialty is neon (maybe we need a neon CHAOS sign for the brew house...?).
