RX contacted me to see if CHAOS would like to sample some beers at their annual holiday bazaar on December 12th. They are saying they will have a minimum of 150 people, but we will just serve as much beer as we want, we don't have to server everyone. This event gets us some facetime with local "craft-centric" people. There is no cost to attend.
We would be pouring free samples in addition to their cash bar. I would like to set up a table, some jockey boxes, etc. I will not bring the octo-barrel.
I'll need a folding table, tent would be nice, CHAOS poster, cards, schwag, and serving equipment. and beer!
