John Gammal just called me and said he was having issues getting into the brew house from the back door. He was entering the correct code and the door wasn't opening for him.
Wondered if this has been an issue for anyone else recently?

Back Garage Door Issues?
YES!! I have had issues with putting in the code and the light goes off and nothing happens. Luckily someone was there to let me in. We might wanna look into this.
Thanks to everyone for their help and concern. The keypad did not work for me (or Jason who came later), but luckily my friend had a smartphone and we were able to set up Mark's bluetooth remote opening thingie and that work perfectly. Great job and timing, Mark, but we should probably do something about that keypad. Shit is gonna get real on Wednesday, temperature wise.

I also had issues with the keypad. I entered the code twice and the door did not open but after a few minutes I tried again, at which point it opened.
Had the exact same thing happen as americo a couple weeks ago. Installed the app while in the brewhouse :)
Yea, I put the app on my phone and she works like a beaut Clark. But something's up with that keypad.
The garage door keypad wasn't working for me yesterday evening. I attempted to use the bluetooth app, but my phone was unable to find the signal. Fortunately, I was able to get the keypad to work at the sixth attempt.
Just throwing this out there, but is it battery operated by chance?

Chris...you win. There is a 9V battery in there and Mark Walters had mentioned the possibility of the battery going dead when John called me too.
I ordered a replacement keypad since its missing a digit and will be installed on Sunday.

Is the personal PIN mentioned in the original Bluetooth Garage Door Access post seperate from the Door Code (3. Enter your personal PIN sent to you via PM.)?
I was not able to get the app working last night, and the keypad was not working for me at all either. Luckily someone else was brewing last night to let me in. He was able to get in obviously, but he actually left for a little while and when he came back, he had to knock as well. I know there's a replacement keypad coming already, but just thought I should share.

Yes the personal pin was sent in the original pm. I had an issue with the blue tooth today as well. It would not work unless I was right up on the door. Could be a cold related issue.

Chris, I just sent you a PM with the info. I think that message went out to all brewer members before you were one (sent Dec 12). We probably need to add that to the Door Code page, since the same people should have access to both pieces of information.
