Hey, CHAOS! Everyone please join me in welcoming Mike Struck, our newest 24/7 Brewer!
Mike gets excellent endorsements from Brock Boland and Rob Caro. Furthermore, he's been brewing on average approx. 1 brew per month for over 15 years! With his sights set on Alchemist status, expect to sample Mike's beers at member appreciation events (I just tasted his Belgian single patersbier this evening and it was quite a treat!). You'll also see him working with new brewers soon on different workshops.
